Shipping and returns
Deliveries and feedback
All our PUJKA products are sent to you from France via a secure and monitoring shipping mode. We offer free delivery from € 200 purchase. Free delivery will be applied to the cash register and shipping does not include rights.
Please note that we do not deliver in the postal boxes (P.O.), please provide us with a physical address.
The delivery times indicated are only an estimate and do not include the processing time of 1 to 2 working days before shipping the order, please keep in mind that delays may occur.
CUSTOMS
Customs fees, tariffs or customs duties are not included in the price.
Orders shipped to non -EU members of the EU can be charged customs fees on arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of rights and taxes that will be billed on your package.
Due to Brexit, all British orders with a total value of £ 135 (around 150 euros, depending on the exchange rate) and more will be invoiced for additional customs and customs costs.
Please also note that we cannot respond to any request for a declaration of your package for a value other than the total value paid at the checkout.
FEEDBACK
We hope you like your Pujka pieces as much as we do. However, if for any reason you want to return all or part of the parts of your order, you have fourteen (14) days after delivery of the order to do so. We will gladly reimburse you if the return conditions (indicated below) are met.
Please note that delivery costs are not reimbursed.
Please note that the products must be returned unused, not damaged, with the handtags.
Please make sure you choose a suitable cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the content (s) from being damaged during transport.
Please organize a return shipment using a carrier of your choice - you must bear the return costs, which are not refundable.
Return and exchange conditions
To return your product (s), please follow the following steps:
- Before returning your product (s), please send us an e-mail to contact@pujka.com in the fourteen (14) days after delivery to inform us of the products you want to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product (s) that you wish to return, name, telephone number, email address and delivery address.
- Our team will answer you with the instructions to return your package.
- Please insert The delivery slip in the original packaging.
- Organize a return to return to us using the carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for lost returns during transport, which is why we recommend that you use an insured delivery method with follow -up information.

- Once we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all the above conditions are met, we will gladly reimburse you the total purchase price according to the original payment method in the fourteen (14) days of receipt of your return. Unfortunately, return costs are not refundable.
Please note that if you return an order part the delivery costs are not reimbursed.
