Deliveries and returns
All our Pujka products are shipped to you from France via a secure and tracked shipping method. We offer free delivery for delivery in mainland France. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and shipping does not include duties.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, please provide us with a physical address.
The delivery times shown are only an estimate and do not include the processing time of 1 to 2 business days before the order is dispatched, please be aware that delays may occur.
Due to COVID-19, please take into account a possible delay of approximately 5 working days in receiving your order. We appreciate your patience and do everything possible to get your order to you safely while following government guidelines.
CUSTOMS
Customs charges, tariffs or customs duties are not included in the price.
Orders shipped to non-EU countries may be charged customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the magnitude of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Due to Brexit, all UK orders with a total value of £ 135 (around 150 euros, depending on exchange rate) and more will be charged additional customs and clearance fees.
Please also note that we cannot respond to any request to report your package for a value other than the full value paid at checkout.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Pujka pieces as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return all or part of the parts of your order, you have fourteen (14) days after delivery of the order to do so. We will gladly refund you if the return conditions (shown below) are met.
Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged, with the handtags.
Please be sure to choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the contents (s) from being damaged in transit.
Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice - you must bear the cost of the return, which is non-refundable.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
To return your product (s), please follow the steps below:
- Before returning your product (s), please email us at contact@pujka.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery to notify us of the products you wish to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product (s) you wish to return, name, phone number, email address and shipping address.
- Our team will respond to you with a return number and a slip to place inside your package. Without this voucher, the logistics team will not be able to accept your return package.
- Arrange a return shipment to us using the carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, which is why we recommend that you use an insured shipping method with tracking information.

- Once we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all of the above conditions are met, we will gladly refund the full purchase price to you back to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
